Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PayCord, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

PayCord provides a platform for Discord communities to accept cryptocurrency payments for roles and services. We facilitate the transaction but are not a party to the agreement between the buyer and the seller.

3. Non-Custodial Service

PayCord is a non-custodial service. We do not hold, store, or have access to your funds at any time. All transactions are executed directly between the buyer and the seller on the blockchain. We do not have the ability to freeze, seize, or reverse any funds.

4. Cryptocurrency Transactions

All transactions made through PayCord involve cryptocurrency. You acknowledge that:

• Transactions are irreversible and final.
• We have no control over the blockchain networks.
• You are responsible for verifying the destination address and amount.

5. Refunds

Due to the nature of cryptocurrency, all sales are final. Refunds are at the sole discretion of the seller (Discord server owner). PayCord cannot reverse transactions or force refunds.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not use PayCord for any illegal activities, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or the sale of illegal goods and services.

7. Limitation of Liability

PayCord shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
